How It Works

1. Find your collection

Use the VIP dropdown in the site's main menu and select the collection name printed on your card.

2. Add one pair to your cart

Pick your favorite from the styles in your collection. That's the only thing that should be in your cart your VIP code only activates when there's exactly one eligible item in there, unless stated otherwise!

3. Enter your redemption code at checkout

Flip your VIP card over, type the code into the discount field, and your total drops to $0. Confirm your shipping address and you're done.

What is this VIP card and why did I get one?

It's really free. There is no catch. Whoever gifted this to you has prepaid for your pair, including shipping. The redemption code on your card brings your cart total to $0 at checkout. You'll never be asked for a credit card to receive your gift.

Is this really free? What's the catch?

No. Your VIP code never expires. Redeem it today, next month, or next year - the code stays active until it's used.

Does my VIP code expire?

The code is single-use, meaning whoever redeems it first locks it in. If you'd rather pass the card to a friend or family member, you're welcome to but don't share the code publicly, since the first person to use it will get the pair.

Is the code tied to me personally, or can anyone use it?

Yes. Contact our support team along with the company or person who originally sent you the gift - we can verify your information and reissue your code as long as it hasn't already been redeemed.

I lost my VIP card. Can I still redeem?

The name of your collection is printed on the front of the card insert, and the QR code on the front links directly to it. You can also find every VIP collection under the "VIP" dropdown in the main navigation of the site - just select the one that matches your card.

How do I know which collection is mine?

Each gifting program is curated for a specific tier - VIP Red, VIP Gold, or VIP Black - and customized for the company giving the gift. The collection on your card has been selected specifically for you.

Why are there multiple VIP collections?

The tiers represent different levels of curation and brand access. VIP Red features a polished, crowd-pleasing selection of premium brands. VIP Gold expands the range with a broader mix of premium and designer options. VIP Black is our most exclusive tier, with access to over 1,000 styles including high-end designer houses. Your card will indicate which tier you've been gifted.

What's the difference between VIP Red, Gold, and Black?

Your code is only valid inside your specific collection. If you see styles in another VIP collection you love, you're welcome to purchase those separately at full price - but the redemption code won't apply outside your assigned collection.

Can I shop a different VIP collection than the one on my card?

Each collection includes a hand-picked range of designer eyewear - from iconic everyday classics to high-end luxury houses. Open your collection from the link on your card or via the VIP dropdown to see exactly which brands and styles are available to you.

What brands can I choose from?

Each VIP collection includes dozens of curated styles; handpicked so you get a strong selection without being overwhelmed. Every frame in your collection is fully covered by your code.

How many styles are in my collection?

All pairs inside your VIP collection are fully covered, regardless of MSRP differences within the tier; pick whichever pair you love most without worrying about price.

What if I want a more expensive pair than others in the collection?

This redemption covers sunglasses with the standard manufacturer lenses. Prescription conversion isn't included, but most of the frames in our collections are Rx-ready and you can reach out to us, if you want to add on RX!

Can I get prescription lenses in my frames?

Polarization varies by frame. Each product page lists lens specs — look for “Polarized” in the title. Many of the sport and classic styles in our collections are available in polarized variants.

99% of the time, this happens for one reason: there’s more than one item in your cart, or your cart is empty. The VIP code only activates when there’s exactly one eligible item from your assigned collection in your cart. Remove anything else, make sure your one pair is added, and try again.

My code says it’s not working. What’s wrong?

No. Your VIP code is built to redeem a single pair. For any additional items, place a separate order.

Can I add other items to my cart and use my code at the same time?

We need a delivery address to send the sunglasses — but you’ll never be charged for shipping. Standard shipping is included.

Why do I have to enter a shipping address if it’s free?

No. You can check out as a guest!

Do I need to create an account?

None. Once the redemption code is applied, your total is $0 and no payment method is required.

What payment information do I need to enter?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping covers most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If you have concerns, our support team can confirm before you place the order.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — contact support as soon as possible. Once a tracking number is generated, we can’t reroute the package.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Email our support team with your order number and the pair you’d like to swap to. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship out your new pair as soon as we receive the original.

How do I start an exchange?

Exchanges stay within your assigned collection. With the variety of styles in each tier, you’ll have plenty of options to find the right pair.

Can I exchange for a pair outside my VIP collection?

Because the original pair was a gift and you weren’t charged, we don’t offer cash refunds on VIP redemptions — but we’ll keep exchanging until you love your pair.

Can I return for a refund instead of exchanging?

Reach out within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement — no questions asked. Every pair is authentic, so manufacturer warranties also apply for longer-term issues.

What if my sunglasses arrive damaged or defective?
