One fixed cost per person on your guest list. Here’s how it works:

Custom Collection Pricing:

We average the retail cost of each pair in your custom collection to create one price per person. This ensures you stay within your budget while offering your guests premium options.

Services Included:

Our pricing includes luxury bags, eyewear accessories, and custom modifications. We can also personalize branded accessories, from cases and cloths to bags and VIP boxes.

Comprehensive Fitting Service:

All fitting services are included in the cost of the sunglasses. You pay for the gifts, and we handle the rest. Hosts are responsible for travel, shipping, and accommodation costs.

What does the white-glove fitting experience include?

With our Onsite Gifting Experiences, you can create your own custom collection of sunglasses from our world-class assortment of name brand frames. Our team of professional sunglass experts, with decades of combined experience, will bring this collection anywhere in the world and offer your guests a white-glove fitting experience they will never forget. This includes a professional fitting as well as live frame adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.

Are travel and accommodation costs included in the pricing?

All of our fitting services are included in the cost of the sunglasses. You pay for the gift and we’ll do the rest. Hosts are responsible to cover or reimburse for travel, shipping, and accommodation costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

All gifting invoices can either be paid online via PayPal or paid by mail via check.

VIP Boxes can be individually customized and ordered through our website.

We provide a different way for you to give: The Shades VIP Box.

It’s a tiered gifting system, with each tier including different luxury brands. One card; 1,000 pairs to choose from.

Here’s how it works.

  • Pick a tier; Red, Gold, or Black.
  • Add your company’s branding.
  • Send the Shades VIP Box to your VIPs.
  • The recipients will use the redemption code in the VIP Box to pick out the perfect pair of Shades.

We have virtual sunglass fitting experts available to help them shop if needed, and with our perfect pair program, your VIPs have access to unlimited exchanges with free shipping.

How we partnered with Live Nation Premium.

First, we used their branding to design a completely customized VIP Box including branded packaging, cases, cloths, instructions, and personalized postcard messages.

Next, we built them a unique collection of designer sunglasses that fit their budget and developed a customized online redemption page that included their branding.

Finally, we shipped over 1500 VIP Boxes to their premium clients across the country. We continue to support their VIP shoppers, offering unlimited exchanges and 24/7 live support.
